We'll Meet Again Tea Room is set in the 1940's. We offer pots of Tea (traditional tea leaves) and Coffee. Including various Cakes and Scones..
This is a mobile tea room, in our own marquee, and can be set up almost anywhere; fields, village greens, fetes, festivals, your own back garden (depending on size).
We have a 5 star catering license, fully insured.
The Tea Room is white giving the emphasis of a 1940's Tea Room / Dance Set within a Village Hall. It is decorated with original items from the 40's or earlier.
All equipment is also from the period (except the fridge to conform to the Health & Safety), the tea urn, serving trays, wireless radio, tea trolleys, posters, original newspapers, and magazines for you to read whilst enjoying a pot of tea with a slice of cake.
Our table and chairs are from the period with traditional white table cloths, vase of flowers per table and cubed sugar with silver serving tongs.
Also, if you like to cook, original cook books from the 1920's, 30's and 40's are available to browse. Many recipes are taken from these books, my Grandmother's.
We only use traditional tea leaves, served in china tea pots with strainers, a jug of milk, china cups and saucers and sugar cubes with silver tongs. Also we offer Camp Coffee served with cream.
Other tea and coffee available if required.
